Things are getting ugly! Jennifer Aniston’s late mom, Nancy Dow, passed away almost a year ago, but Life & Style is exclusively reporting in this week’s issue that the drama surrounding her will is still ongoing.

Life & Style has obtained exclusive legal court documents that reveal Jen’s half-brother John T. Melick is now taking his own daughter, Jen’s niece Eilish, to court over the will.

A 2011 draft stated that $100,000 would go to John, $100,000 to John’s son, $25,000 to Nancy’s favorite charity, The Christian Community, and the remainder of her trust to Eilish.

In 2015, however, Eilish, now 20, had her grandmother file an amendment eliminating John and The Christian Community from the will completely, reducing her brother’s inheritance to $40,000 and leaving more money to her, according to legal papers.

John and Jen were also removed as trustees of Nancy’s estate, making Eilish the sole trustee.

John, 57, alleges that Eilish had Nancy make the changes after she suffered “a series of debilitating strokes beginning in 2012,” and was mentally incompetent.

Further complicating matters, Eilish signed a document agreeing to restore the original will — but then claimed she was coerced into signing it.

Meanwhile, Jen is siding with her brother and paying his attorney fees, an insider reveals. Lawyers for Eilish (who is currently enlisted in the U.S. Navy) point out that she had a “loving relationship” with her grandmother and claim that Nancy was completely cognizant when the changes were made and able to discuss “current events and politics.”
