The 33-year-old beauty took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a flashback pic of her pre-baby bod and couldn’t help but comment on her thin and trim frame while using the shot for a bit of workout inspiration.
“Throwback to a few years ago #SkinnyDays #OnTheTreadmillRightNOW,” North West‘s mama captioned the pic, in which she’s wearing a skin-tight white Balmain dress that shows off her killer curves with her hair slicked back in a chic ponytail (the pic was taken in 2010).
Kim, who welcomed her first child with hubby Kanye West in June 2013, previously revealed during an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno back in October that she had shed 50 pounds of baby weight with the help of exercise and the Atkins diet.
She proudly showed off her post-baby with a jaw-dropping selfie, in which she flashed some serious side boob and major booty, telling Jay Leno that the shot was “my big middle finger to the world on everyone that called me fat.'”
In March, Kim revealed that she “gained some weight back” when she stopped following the Atkins diet plan, so she went back on the program to get back in shape.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is also incredibly dedicated to her workouts and hits the gym “5 times a week” to maintain her enviable figure.
As for the E! star’s additional weight loss secrets?
“I believe in diets or I will eat anything,” Yeezy’s missus previously told E! News at the Dash Miami launch party. “When I really need to kick it up, then I’ll do low carbs, like Atkins diet. And then I think it’s just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it’s really hard. Your body totally changes. And I think you have to work out.”
