Paul Walker Fans React To Report That Brother Will Be In ‘Fast’ Sequel

Published on December 14, 2013 by   ·   2 Comments (1)Fans took to Twitter to share their feelings about a report that Paul’s look-alike younger brother Cody is in talks with Universal to step in to film Paul’s final scenes. While some are saying it would be a ‘brilliant’ move, others are insisting that it just doesn’t feel right.

After Paul Walker tragically died in a fiery car crash on Nov. 30, production on Fast & Furious 7 came to a screeching halt. But the last thing the movie’s producers want to do is cut Paul out of the film — so they are reportedly working on a plan to have Paul’s younger brother Cody, 25, fill for the late actor in his final scenes. Fans on Twitter seem to be totally divided over the report — here’s what they have to say.

Paul Walker’s Brother In ‘Fast’ Sequel — Fans React To Cody Finishing Role

There are still several remaining scenes in Fast & Furious 7 that would have featured Paul, so it seems like a logical solution to bring in his brother, Cody, who has worked as a movie stuntman in the past. But not everyone agrees.Follow @Infocelebrity on Twitter!

I think it would be good for Cody to fill in for Paul. I don’t think it’s in bad taste it isn’t like the producers got made at Paul and are doing this to spite him. It’s sad what happened to him, but I think he would want the movie to finish and not change the plot. And there is no tasteful way to “kill” off Brian’s character or to have him “leave” the rest of the “familia” wouldn’t do justice to the previous movies. Have him stand in for him and finish the movie would be a very nice tribute to his brother.
