The Glee actress attended the L’Oreal Paris’ Women of Worth event at The Pierre in The Big Apple, wearing a bright red, lace Dolce & Gabbana dress. Lea was all smiles for the cameras on the red carpet, and held a sign that stated her Woman of Worth is her mom, who was also her date for the night—awww!

Earlier today, the 27-year-old posted, “So honored to be tonight’s ambassador for @LOrealParisUSA
#WomenOfWorthevent.. It’s going to be an amazing night!”
Michele also shared a photo of her quote that was on display at the event, which read, “I’m proud to be part of this movement that honors amazing women and by doing so, helps to motivate others to take action.”
The brunette beauty officially announced that she was the face of L’Oréal Paris in September 2012. “The rumors are true! So excited to be the new L’Oreal Paris Brand spokesperson!” the Glee star tweeted. “This is such an amazing honor!” sheadded. “Im so happy and excited and thrilled to be a part of the @LOrealParisUSA family!”
