Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Isler, bested 85 other beautiful competitors from around the world, and took the title of Miss Universe on Saturday, Nov. 9 in Moscow.
The stunning 25-year-old TV personality, who donned a silver glitzy gown, smiled widely after her victory.
Isler looked radiant with her Miss Universe sash as she held on tight to her new glamorous accessory: the crown on her head.
And for good reason. In the joy following Isler’s victory, the tiara toppled off her head, but she caught it, with a laugh, according to the AP.
The judges, including Aerosmith rock Steven Tyler, picked Isler over the other gorgeous ladies.
Patricia Rodrigues of Spain was the runner-up.
The show was watched by several billion viewers around the world.
According to her bio on the Miss Universe website, Isler began taking flamenco dance lessons at a young age. She also has a niece and “considers herself a second mother to the child.” Her values include “being at home” and spending time with “the people she loves.” Her mother is her greatest role model.
Isler sported a red-hot two-piece and nude pumps during the bikini competition.
