Kate Middleton Hires Princess Diana’s Former Hairstylist for Australia Tour

Published on October 22, 2013 by   ·   No Comments Middleton is gearing up for her 2014 Australian tour with Prince William.

According to The Daily Mail, the Duchess of Cambridge has hired Sydney-based hairstylist Joh Bailey to help her maintain her flawless blowout while visiting the country.

Bailey has experience tending to royal tresses. In 1996, he worked with Princess Diana during her trip to the continent.

“[Diana] was the most elegant and gracious lady you could have imagined,” Bailey told an Astralian newspaper. “She had a ball in Sydney and loved everything about the city…She was a lot of fun.”

Something tells us he might have similar thoughts about the brunette beauty—who is the kind of down-to-earth gal who will happily jump into a volleyball match even if she’s wearing heels! At the very least, he will definitely enjoy getting his hands on the world’s most famous locks.

As for the youngest head of hair in the royal family? Prince William has already said he was “very hopeful” Prince George will join them on the trip. Which is very likely considering his mom was the first to break tradition and bring 9-month-old William along during her 1983 trip to Australia with Prince Charles. Before that visit (now 30 years ago), royal babies stayed home while their parents toured.Follow @Infocelebrity on Twitter!
